    After several years of using the usual commercial products on my hair and mustache, I either developed a sensitivity, the formula changed or both. I developed rashes, itching, burning, and oozing and almost gave up! After combing the internet and searching for something less toxic, I ran into Blackbeard for Men! I have been VERY happy with this product! Great coverage, no mixing or mess, and best of all, no sensitivity to the product! It is so simple to apply and pretty well lasts all day long. I will never go back to the traditional mix and mess of the traditional products of the past. Blackbeard also washes out fairly easily. I will never go back to the traditional mix-and-mess stuff of the past. Blackbeard for Men for me from now on!

    I’ve been using this product for some time now and am happy with it. For me the brown/black matches my original color perfectly. It looks very natural. I don’t think solid black would look as natural. No allergic reactions of any kind. You just have to remember it is temporary. Soap and water will remove it. Anything greasy will remove it. Water alone will not. So it does have to be reapplied as needed. For myself, one application a day is usually all I need.

    A little dab’L do ya for a week if you don’t wash your face: if you do wash, it’ll still last for days! Nobody has a better product: true colors, long-lasting and you’re out to sea in a jiffy!

    Blackbeard for men (on beard) works very well when you follow the directions. I’ve heard others say otherwise. My only complaint is the shipping charges. I ordered it from the Canadian website and it still came from the United States and the cost of the shipping is crazy. I believe it’s cheaper through Amazon which will probably where I purchase it next time.

    For years I was happy with a well-known, harsher product. Suddenly my skin reacted negatively to it. and I was glad to discover Blackbeard. It goes on easily and looks great. No skin rashes! I do find that I need to reapply it after 3 hours or so, and I recommend placing a towel over your pillowcase at night. Fortunately the coloring comes off cloth easily in the washer. I’ve gotten numerous compliments about my facial hair from friends and relatives since I started using this product. I DO recommend it over strong chemical dye products.

    This stuff is great especially for those who have become allergic to the PPD dyes.
    Takes a few days to learn how to get it just right (how to apply it so that it’s just the right shade you like.) but once you get that down it’s smooth sailing. I’ve been using it for years now and it’s a simple part of my daily routine. I use a small eye brow brush/comb to blend in the color on my mustache and the Blackbeard beard brush to do the same for my beard.

    This product exceeded my expectations with regards to ease of application and how well it stayed on. There is a bit of a learning curve when applying to get the intensity of the color right but it is not hard. Once on, it stays on quite well. I would notice that, if I wiped around my mouth with a napkin after eating, I could see a little bit come off on the napkin, but not much. It was, actually, much less than I would expect with as hard as I would wipe my face. If one does a simple stroke of the beard, virtually none comes off, so that is good.
    I was also complimented by two people on how natural it looked. In sum, as mentioned before, this product exceeded my expectations and I plan to buy it moving forward.
